Regulatory status

Structured Market-Entry and Compliance Programme.

Classification is product- and formulation-specific for SoilVit Powder™ and SoilVit Instant™. We assess each route on composition, component materials, function, claims, safety, contaminant limits, conformity assessment and labelling.

EU FERTILISING PRODUCTS — REGULATION (EU) 2019/1009

Routes under assessment.

REGULATORY WORKSTREAM
PFC 3(B) — Inorganic Soil Improver
Category to assess for the applicable mineral-rich composition and soil-improving function.
REGULATORY WORKSTREAM
PFC 6(B) — Non-microbial Plant Biostimulant
Where component eligibility, functional claims and efficacy requirements support it.
REGULATORY WORKSTREAM
Other lawful routes
National market-access routes or eligible combinations where permitted.
PFC 3(A) — Organic Soil Improver requires at least 95% material of solely biological origin under Annex I. A mineral-rich SoilVit formulation does not qualify merely because it is described as organic-based, so PFC 3(A) is not the working route.
